Things have been going pretty normal around Provo. I have been working at the laundry driving my little-big truck around the four corners of christiandom. Wednesday is my last day however as I have decided to go home to beautiful southern California for a short duration before the Fall. I have a rigorous schedule coming up, 4 history classes and a religion class. Ironically I am going to be working more during the school year than I have been this summer, but, what can you do?
We had large apartment checks yesterday do I thought that I would take the time to take a couple of pictures of the place that I live. We like it-- and besides-- it's a place to hang my hat. Unfortunately, during our extreme cleansing i happened to get many chemicals on my hands and they are now in the process of falling off. Literally, they have been continuously peeling. I fear that when I finally make it to California in a few days all that will be left of my beautiful, talented hands will be a bloody nub.
I also had the largest breakthrough ever the other day, I was taking a watermelon out to throwaway and afterwards I saw the tiki torches that we have resently purchased outside our house. It came to me like a flash of wisdom, Watermelon Carving! So I went to the store and bought a watermelon and cut out the top like a pumpkin. Then I commenced to eat almost 2/3 of it before I felt like I was going to pass out. The remains I passed around for my compatriots.
Here is a picture... Anyways, I have fitted him with a candlestick and we are going to display him to the world some nightfall.>
